We offer field trips between September and mid-June on: 

• Fridays from 1:00 - 2:30pm

A maximum of 50 children per field trip are allowed. Chaperones are welcome to attend. 

As an educator: 

• Excellent communication before, during, and after your field trip experience 
• Multiple trained coaches to guide your group 
• Digital (REQUIRED) waivers for anyone who will be on the course 
• Expectation that you will share our Code of Conduct with your learners beforehand, and help enforce it while at our facility
• Ample parking 
• On-site restroom 
• On-site drinking fountains and bottle filler station

Your learners can expect: 

• Instructions on proper use of equipment
• A group warmup
• A flowing obstacle course that will have them running, jumping, climbing, swinging, and landing
• Obstacles to challenge their grip strength, core strength, controlling momentum, agility, and upper body strength
• A heart pounding fun time! 

We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance of your requested field trip date. 

• Waivers are required for every participant on the course. 
• Waivers are digital and MUST be completed ahead of time. Sorry, no exceptions. 
• Chaperones are welcome and may join your group. A maximum ratio of chaperone to children is 5:1. 
• Please note we are NOT an allergen-free facility. 
• We offer a large parking lot for busing ease. 
• Athletic shoes are required. Shoes must be relatively clean. Absolutely no crocs, boots, or sandals. 
• Our facility has one on-site restroom. Additional restrooms are available the building's shared space; a chaperon MUST accompany any child(ren) using the shared restrooms. 
• To book your field trip, a $100 deposit is required. This is fully refundable if canceled 15 days or more before your booked date. With 14 days or less notice of cancelation no refunds will be issued. 
• A slot will be created on our class schedule for people to register and complete waivers online

Your field trip will include 90 minutes in our gym and 60 minutes on our professional ninja course! 

• Upon arrival to our gym, your group will change shoes, hang up coats, and get checked in. Approximate time: 15 minutes.
• Your course time will be begin once everyone is checked in. Our coaches will guide your group in a warmup, share safety rules and code of conduct expectations, and begin the fun! Time: 60 minutes 
• Your group will have some time at the end to change back into boots, have a snack (if you so wish), and get ready to head back to school. Approximate time: 15 minutes 

Field trips start at $250 for up to 25 children. Up to 50 children may participate (children above the first 25 cost $10 per child more).

• Respect our equipment 
• Listen to the coaches for your safety and enjoyment 
• No pushing/shoving or cutting in line
• Stay aware of your surroundings so you do not get kicked in the head or kick someone else in the head
• No swearing 
• No bullying 
• No improper use of equipment

Failure to comply with this Code of Condust will result in your removal from the course.
