ADULT NINJA CLASS

Intro to Ninja for 18+

Who’s ready to fly?  You have been asking for it and we are now ready to open up our adult ninja class! Join this Intro to Ninja class and feel like a kid again running, jumping, and swinging through our course. We can’t guarantee how you will feel the next morning though (lol).


In this class you will learn:

  • How to land properly
  • How to vault over obstacles
  • How to conquer the warped wall
  • Body control
  • Run through an obstacle course


Coach Emmett will be leading the class, so you can tap into all of his knowledge on ninja and obstacle course racing. 


Come out and have some fun, meet some new people, and play!

$90 per month. Meets once a week. Clean, dry gym shoes and waivers are required for all participants. Maximum class size: 15.
