Ninja Sport Team:

A precursor to ninja competitions!

Forest Flyers Ninja Academy Sport Team aims to teach your child the sport of ninja, so that when the time comes, they can compete if they choose in the ninja sport leagues like United Ninja Athletic Association (UNAA), World Ninja League (WNL), The Federation of International Ninja Association (FINA), and The Ninja Sport Network (NSN).

In this 75-minute class, offered 1 or 2 times per week, ninjas will train: 

  • Upper body strength
  • Grip strength 
  • Muscle endurance
  • Mental focus 
  • Failing forward
  • Speed
  • Power
  • Agility
  • Competition rules and formats

Ninja Sport Team offers one or two 75-minute classes weekly. Classes are capped at 10 students and the program is invite-only, running from October through March. Members of our regular recreational classes who show exemplary teamwork, a desire to excel at the sport of ninja, are coachable, and show perseverance may be invited to join.

The details:

  • Your child will have the opportunity to attend 1 or 2 classes per week
  • Season 2 of Ninja Sport Team classes will start on October 6, 2026
  • Season 2 Ninja Sport Team classes will run through March 2027
  • Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 - 8:00pm
  • Pricing for 1 75-minute class per week is $200/month
  • Pricing for 2 75-minute classes per week is $300/month
  • There are 20 openings between the 2 class days. When those fill up, registration will be closed for the team this year, unless an opening occurs during the year.
  • There will be open sign up through our website between September 20 through October 5, 2026.
  • Each Ninja Sport Team member will get a custom jersey
  • Classes will be led by Coach Emmett 
  • The month of April will be used as makeup for missed classes. April will not be charged to your account and classes will be free to attend until April 17, 2027. 

Forest Flyers Ninja Academy is hosting UNAA and FINA qualifier events.

  • FINA Speed and Endurance qualifiers are scheduled for October 24, 2026 and April 10, 2027.
  • UNAA qualifiers are scheduled for November 14, 2026 and March 20, 2027. 


The competition will be your child’s opportunity to advance to a regional competition, and from there, to Worlds. We will also share a list of competitions at other gyms around the region.
